kevco property managers must posses good people skills, be energetic and exhibit common sense.

our property managers, at level 1, are on an "entry level" basis and will receive thorough training in our fast paced environment.

after the initial 90 day probationary period, a property manager can be promoted to level 2 and is eligible to receive immediate pay increases and bonuses.

kevco property managers earn 1 "flex" paid day off for each month that they are employed and may start using them after their six month anniversary.

kevco offers all level 2 property managers the ability to attend real estate school and become licensed . kevco will pay for your tuition!! a licensed level 3 property manager has the opportunity to receive additional increases in pay and bonuses but also has the added opportunity to sell real estate. obviously the pay can be limitless!

It is really great to work for a small company that thinks big. The concept of real estate, investments, and property management is ideal because the opportunities here are unique to the individual. For instance, while I work for KEVCO on the property management side of the business, I am constantly surrounded with the Real Estate side of the company which has inspired me to get my license in the near future.
