Paul Hunter

Managing Broker, GRI, SFR

Paul Hunter has been licensed and selling real estate in the Northern Colorado area for over 6 years, specializing in Old Town Fort Collins and rental investment properties surrounding the Colorado State University campus. He has been the managing broker with KEVCO since March of 2010. Paul lives in Old Town, and owns several investment properties in the area, as well as around the CSU campus, so he understands firsthand the unique issues involved with the purchase, sale, and ownership of this type of home.

Kevin Anstett

Broker Associate

Kevin is the chairman of the communications committee for the Fort Collins Board of Realtors.  He was a broker with Remax Alliance until recently when he transitioned to KEVCO to focus on investment properties. He works with everyone from first time home investors to seasoned 1031 Exchange investors. Kevin is also the owner of a commercial maintenance company.

Greg Rittner

Broker Associate

Greg graduated and received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2005.  After seven years of working as a project manager and estimator for general contractors in Fort Collins, Greg decided to change careers. In 2011, he obtained he real estate license and started selling houses full time. Greg and his wife Stefanie reside in Fort Collins with their two dogs Delilah, a golden retriever, and Mabel, a Bernese mountain dog. They are currently working towards climbing all fifty three Colorado 14ers. They have reached the summit of twenty mountains so far. Greg also volunteers on the Party for Partners and Superstars Sports Challenge committees for Partner’s Mentoring Youth.

Kevin Bolin

Kevin Bolin began his real estate career at RE/MAX Advanced, Inc. in 2000, where he quickly established himself as a high producing broker. In 2004, he started his own real estate company (KEVCO), focusing on investment education and rental management. In July of 2007, Kevin joined Northern Colorado’s largest Real Estate Company, The Group, Inc. In 2009, Kevin returned to KEVCO, and worked to transition the company to the new owners and a new managing broker. Kevin is the current owner of the Mayor of Old Town in downtown Fort Collins.

Karla Leduc

Broker Associate

Karla moved from Maine to Fort Collins in 2006. She received her Colorado Real Estate Broker license in 2007.  She is a member of the Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She has a well rounded knowledge of investment and single family homes in all of Fort Collins, but has a deep love for the Old Town area.  Karla desires to always be growing and learning in her understanding of real estate in order to best help clients looking to buy and sell in Northern Colorado.  When she is not working in real estate, she is busy with her two young children Lily, 3, and Jude, 1, and is expecting a third in February 2012.  She also has a graphic design degree, and loves art and interior design.
