KEVCO Real Estate, Investments & Property Management is a fast growing Real Estate company that has encountered a high level of success in our field of expertise. Our company has become a knowledge base of real estate investment principles for brokers from many of the larger companies in Fort Collins . Brokers from RE/MAX, The Group, Coldwell Banker and others draw on the understanding and skill that KEVCO brings to the investment process.

KEVCO Real Estate Investments & Property Management History:

KEVCO was a business created while Kevin and Barb Bolin were brokers at RE/MAX Advanced, Inc. When Kevin began to sell investment properties to investors not interested in managing the properties themselves, they asked for recommendations for professional companies to handle their accounts. Having gone to college at Colorado State University and having dealt with property management companies as a tenant, Kevin did not have any recommendations. That is when Kevin and Barb began to manage the accounts themselves. In 2003, the number of tenants coming in to pay rent overwhelmed the reception staff at RE/MAX Advanced, so Barb opened a separate office called KEVCO Real Estate Investments & Property Management to handle the growing number of property management accounts.

At the end of 2004, Kevin polled his clients to see whether it mattered if he was a broker at RE/MAX or at a smaller real estate brokerage such as KEVCO. It turned out that Kevin's clients were loyal to him & not to the brand name, which is a testament to his service to his clients. With this information in hand, Kevin joined Barb at the new KEVCO office and together they worked to develop a full service real estate company. KEVCO Real Estate Investments & Property Management is in the process of growing and in turn plans to serve its clients in a professional, capable, and incredibly knowledgeable way.

KEVCO Property Management

Jason Hanson (Owner) has been in the construction business for 7 years, priding himself in honest, fair, dependable, quality work. Prior to that, he worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years including the building of new franchise sites, management of all day-to-day operations, and developing new and existing staff.

As the owner of KEVCO, in conjunction with our knowledgeable Real Estate & Property Management staff, his experience can provide you with insight into any necessary renovations and general repair necessary before purchasing an investment, giving you a rare opportunity to be truly fully informed about your potential purchase. He will continue to provide the same insight and guidance into any appropriate renovations or repairs while KEVCO manages your property, to preserve the integrity of your investment.

Nicole Hanson (Owner) has been involved in the Property Management industry for 2 years. For 10 years prior to that, she worked within the Insurance industry, starting out in developing and negotiating injury settlements for automobile and home owner claims. Later in her career she became heavily involved in handling litigated cases in Local and Federal Courts, working with Legal & Fraud Departments, and overseeing the Midwest Region's Large Loss Claims.

As the owner of KEVCO, her goal is to make your investment experience as simple and “hands free” as possible. We pride ourselves in finding the right tenants with whom we develop positive relationships. We conscientiously maintain and oversee the day-to-day needs of your investment. And we handle the turn-over process when tenants move out, beginning with: showing your properties to new tenants, preparing your tenants for moving out responsibly, through processing the security deposit refund.
